End of 2024 update
Greetings to All!
We just wanted to give a brief update before the end of the year with the hope that it will be an encouragement to what the LORD Jesus continues to do and how He guides us in through the power of the Holy Spirit. Miracles continue to happen above and beyond what we are able to do. To God be the glory!
Myanmar
The country of Myanmar is still under great strife and turmoil. War is taking place on many fronts throughout the country and literally millions of people have fled to Thailand and other neighbouring countries. In the North, internet towers, phone system and, in places, hydro is not available making it difficult to connect with our artist, translators and printer. Despite this, the people have been resourceful, and we still see many evangelistic and discipleship materials being printed and distributed. We continue to produce many materials both in the Kachin and Burmese languages. Please pray that Christ will germinate these seed so that His Kingdom may continue to grow.
Some of you may ask, “How is Rev. Samson doing?” He is at home and still recovering from his time in prison. The war is still going on around the city of Myitkyina where Samson and his family live. Please pray for their protection and wisdom as they continue to give leadership and hope to the Kachin people.
Thailand
Thanks to all the people who helped in the printing of 40,000 tracts in the Thai language. These tracts are being handed out through many places all over the countries. Christ has raised up so many people who want to go out amongst the Buddhist people and share the love of Christ with them. I have never seen so many people who are being called forward to lay down their live for Christ in the area of evangelism. Pray for a powerful move of the Holy Spirit on both the materials and the people as they sow seeds for Christ Jesus.
We are also in the final stages of proof-reading of the Bible dictionary in the Thai language. This will be a companion book to the Principles of Faith that has been printed and is now going out to hundreds of pastors, teachers and lay leaders.
We have begun to prepare the tracts and booklets for the upcoming Easter Outreach season. We will need about $15,000 to complete this project. We have the materials, the people, now we need the finances to prepare the seeds for planting. Please keep this in your prayers.
Canada
The month of December is our outreach time in the Steinbach mall where we witness, pray and handout many evangelistic materials to hundreds of people. We have a team of about 20 people representing at least five churches, who give much time to serve at the booth in front of the Dollar Store and at our office. This is a thirty-day marathon and by the end of the time will have handed out 3000 to 4000 pieces of material concerning the real reason for Christmas. (We will be finished by Jan 6, 2025) Many of the volunteers have also prayed in the mall with dozens of people concerning various needs. Pray that God will continue to give them discernment, strength and wisdom as they stand up for their Lord Jesus Christ and that the seeds that are planted will germinate for Christ glory.
Lambs, with your help, now has new material that have been printed and are being handed out. We have printed 2500 Christmas story colouring books, 5000 names of God books which also includes colouring books, and we also have our new youth book called Esther: “For such a time as this”. Please pray that these materials will draw people to Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit will use the written words to touch many people’s hearts for the Kingdom of God. Praise God many lives are being touched and changed.

We want to say one big thank you to so many people who have teamed up with us so we can continue fulfilling the call of evangelism, discipleship, and missions. We are grateful for the people who came to the office to drop off support and for other people and churches who gave during the mail strike through the website and e-transfer. The ministry and outreach continue to move forward, and we are grateful. Blessings to you all.
Prayer Focus
For the country of Myanmar and especially for Hkaw Win’s people, family and our fellow workers.

For the year end giving that there will be an abundance so that we are able to channel help to other countries concerning the areas of evangelism, discipleship and mission.
For James and Hkaw Win for health, strength and wisdom as we seek the will of God personally and for the ministry.
Let us continue to thank God together for many miracles, that they will continue as we journey forward in our faith with Jesus Christ. Let’s keep on keeping on in the trying days together.
